How do I return an item?
Return Policy
If one of our products fails to meet your expectations in the initial 30 days of normal use and operation (as detailed by your printer instruction manual), we will be happy to replace it for you at no cost or issue a refund. In the event of a refund, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that after the first 30 days from the date of purchase1, we can exchange a cartridge in the event of a product defect, but cannot issue a refund. The table below summarizes our return and refund policy:

1 “Date of Purchase” is the date of transaction, as noted on your order confirmation from High IQ.
Please note that Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products over 90 days old cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Completing the exchange or refund process is easy. Simply email return@getHighIQ.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include in the body of your message your Customer ID#, Order Number, cartridge code number, your contact information, and a brief description of the defect experienced (if applicable). Please note that we cannot process exchanges or refunds without an RMA and cannot issue RMA’s over the phone. Upon receipt of your message, a High IQ technical services professional will contact you to issue the RMA and finalize the process.
Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellations via email to CancelOrder@getHighIQ.com. Your message must contain the following: Customer ID#, Order Number, cartridge code number, and your contact information. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled by phone.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided your order has not been shipped out. If the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, you will have to follow our Return Policy.
