- create an account (if you’re a first-time client), or log in with your email address and password
- search for your cartridge by typing its model number in the white search box (upper left-hand corner of the homepage) or browse for your cartridge by selecting your printer model from the “ink cartridges” or “laser cartridges” menu on the left hand side of the screen
